Getting paid

How money reaches you

  1. A rental ends. The renter pays for the time used. GPUFlow keeps 12% and the other 88% is yours.
  2. Your earnings are held for 7 days. They show under Earnings on hold on Dashboard → Payments. If your account is less than 30 days old, the hold is 14 days. The hold protects against card fraud and disputes.
  3. They become ready to cash out. After the hold they move to Ready to cash out, and you get a notification.
  4. You cash out to your bank through Stripe, our payment partner.

You can also spend your earnings on renting other GPUs. Credits you bought with a card can be spent, but they can’t be cashed out.

Set up payouts (once)

You need a confirmed email address and a payout account with Stripe. Stripe checks your identity and asks for your bank details. It takes a few minutes.

  1. Open Dashboard → Payments.
  2. Under Cash out, choose the country where you live or where your business is registered.
  3. Click Set up payouts with Stripe and follow Stripe’s steps. Have an ID and your bank details ready.
  4. When you finish, Stripe sends you back to GPUFlow.

Stripe sometimes reviews your details first. That usually takes a few minutes, sometimes a day or two. If a step is still missing, you’ll see Continue setup on Stripe.

Countries where payouts work: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the European Economic Area: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Cash out

  1. Open Dashboard → Payments.
  2. Under Cash out, type the amount, or leave the full amount that’s filled in.
  3. Check the line under it: it shows the $2.50 fee and what you receive.
  4. Click Cash out.

  • Minimum: $25 per cash-out.
  • Fee: $2.50 per cash-out, no matter the amount. Cashing out less often saves fees.
  • The money is sent in US dollars to your Stripe payout account, and Stripe pays it to your bank.
  • You get an email and a notification when it’s sent. If it doesn’t go through, the full amount returns to your balance.
  • Change your bank details any time with Manage payout details on Stripe.

If a renter disputes a card payment

Sometimes a renter asks their bank to reverse a card payment. When that happens, GPUFlow takes back earnings from that renter’s rentals that are still on hold, and you get an email about it. If the dispute is settled in our favor, the earnings come back to you. Earnings that have finished their hold aren’t touched.
