Credits, billing and refunds

  • You pay for rentals with credits. 1 credit = $0.01.
  • You buy credits by card on Dashboard → Payments → Add credits. Payment runs through Stripe.
  • Each top-up is between $10 and $500. There is no fee.
  • Credits don’t expire.

Say you rent a GPU that costs $0.40 per hour for 3 hours.

WhenWhat happensYour credits
You click Start 3-hour rental$1.20 (3 × $0.40) is held. It shows as “In use” on the Payments page.$1.20 held
You use it for 1 hour 30 minutes, then click End nowYou pay for exactly 1 h 30 min: $0.60.$0.60 comes back
Or: you let the 3 hours run outThe rental ends on its own. You pay $1.20.nothing comes back

The rules:

  • Billed to the second. The shortest charge is 1 minute.
  • You never pay more than what was held.
  • Ending early is free. Unused time goes straight back to your credits.
  • Need more time? Click Add hours on Current Rentals before your time runs out. More credits are held and the same API key keeps working.

If the provider’s machine stops answering for 10 minutes, the rental ends by itself. You pay only up to the moment it went offline, and the rest goes back to your credits. You get a notification when this happens.

  • Dashboard → Payments shows what’s available, what’s held for running rentals, and a history of every top-up, rental and refund.
  • Dashboard → Rental History lists your finished rentals.
  • The orange button in the header always shows your available credits. Click it to add more.

On Current Rentals or Rental History, click Report a problem next to the rental. This opens a support ticket with the rental already filled in. Describe what happened, for example:

Rental #1042 on “RTX 4090 · qwen2.5 7B”. From 14:10 to 14:35 every request returned provider_offline, but the rental kept running. Please check whether I should be refunded for that time.

We answer by email. If we agree the time wasn’t usable, we refund it to your credits.
